The 2025 harvest is starting today.

After several weeks of careful preparation, from orchard work, machine checks to welcoming friends who’ve come to help and, of course, planning meals (we are in France), we are now ready to begin the 2025 harvest.

This year is a special one. Not only is it our 10th commercial harvest, but it will also be our largest to date. Twenty years of steady work on our organic soils, combined with generous spring rains, have created the perfect conditions for a truly abundant crop.

In the coming days, the first samples of the oil will be analysed for quality by our trusted laboratories. Judging by the fruit we’ve seen so far, we are confident the 2025 oil will once again deliver the high quality, low acidity, and vibrant character that have become our hallmark.

The harvest will take around three weeks, followed by three weeks of bottling and transportation. By mid-November, the new oil will be on its way to our shops and distribution centres and soon after, to our customers. We will be back in touch in a few weeks to update you on how things went.

For now, just a final check on the weather (all looks good), a coffee with the team, and then into the orchards we go...
